Great Ormiston Bake Off - The results

On Wednesday 18th October, the academy was flooded with the most amazing cakes and bakes! Mr Wilkinson, Mrs Stewart and Mrs Williams-Barry had a lovely time sampling the entries created by yr 7, 8. And 9 and staff. We were all amazed by the standard, effort and the stunning decoration of the tasty cakes. There were light, flavoursome and moist sponges, cakes with decoration that was visually stunning, biscuits, pies and cute cupcakes. The judges were seriously impressed!

Overall Winner – is Gracie Locke yr 9 for her Cheese My Arch Neme- Swiss Cake- she will receive an apron and go through to the Oat Regional Final.

Siena Bullimore yr 7 was a runner up who will receive an apron

Staff winner – Mrs Perrin (Head of English) for her Rustic Apple pie Crumble cake
